Welcome to iWarrior Life!

This website is very personal to us. Who is us? We are made up of a husband and wife team. Bobby is a 2x Testicular Cancer (TC) survivor and warrior. Diana is a 2x co- survivor and co-warrior. Bobby was initially diagnosed with TC in 2002 and then had a recurrence in 2016. You can read more about our story by visiting the Story Blocks page. Also, before leaving this page please watch the PSA video below on performing testicular self-exams…it’s great information from a super hero…really…a super hero!

As for this website, pretty sure that we’re all familiar with awareness ribbons. We see them all the time in varying colors to represent, support and raise awareness for a specific type of cancer, medical condition, disability and other issues. The ribbon’s purpose along with it’s color is to create public awareness and support for a very specific cause or issue. Those who wear clothing or display the awareness ribbons have usually been affected in one way or another by the cause they’re supporting…whether they themselves fought or are fighting OR in support of a loved one who has fought or is fighting OR to help raise awareness OR many times ALL of the above.

Bobby created the I AM. I WARRIOR motto after his second fight with TC. The logo has a double meaning. The awareness ribbon in the I AM. I WARRIOR logo represents both, the “I” and the cancer itself. It can be interpreted as, I AM. I WARRIOR and also as, I AM. “CANCER” WARRIOR. Both would be correct interpretations. You might be a Warrior. You also might be a CANCER WARRIOR. You might be both. You might be the one fighting cancer. You might be the one fighting alongside someone who has cancer. You might also be the one left here to carry on the fight for your Angel Warrior by raising awareness. If you’ve battled cancer, you’re a Warrior. And the same goes for our co-survivors…they’re right there fighting alongside us.

Together we believe in spreading awareness and showing support through our I AM. I WARRIOR motto. It’s more than just a motto to us…we feel it becomes a part of who you are.

In our online designer, you can change the awareness ribbon color in most of our designs to support and raise awareness for the cause/issue you’re supporting. You can also customize the designs by adding a name or other text. Or choose your ribbon style from the clipart section in the designer then change the ribbon color, add some text and see what you think. Check it out.

We’d also like to share some information about the type of cancer that Bobby fought. Let’s talk some TC facts. Guys, did you know that your nuts could be trying to kill you? Ladies, did you know this? We didn’t, that’s for sure. Well, TC is the leading form of cancer in men 15-44 years old (the age was revised, it used to be 15- 35)…BUT it can strike at ANY age. An estimated 9,560 new cases of TC will be diagnosed in 2019. Of these 9,560 new TC Warriors, this cancer will claim the lives of about 410. This statistic is directly from the experts over at the American Cancer Society. The incidence rate of TC has been increasing in the US and many other countries for several decades. TC is highly curable and has a survival rate of over 95% when detected early. People, this is an amazing cure rate…especially since the history of TC used to have an overall 5% survival rate before an amazing doctor by the name of Dr. Einhorn at IU in Indianapolis developed the chemo drug combination cure in the 1970’s for TC…it was practically a death sentence for men prior to this. Dr. Einhorn is a world renowned TC expert and a true blessing who has saved thousands of lives. The man is a legend. Don’t get me wrong…even with a 95% cure rate we’re still losing warriors to TC. It is still cancer…and cancer kills. Which is why raising awareness about TC and testicular self-exams is sooo important because early detection is key. Testicular self-exams are IMPORTANT. That’s right fellas…you now have a really good reason to touch yourselves! So guys, please check your nuts! Ladies, please tell guys to check their nuts. This can be an uncomfortable talk for parents to have with young boys but it should definitely be had. Some young teenage boys may be too embarrassed to let their parents know if they feel something suspicious or a lump on their testicle unless there is an open line of communication and they’re aware that they should be performing self-exams. Awareness and early detection is KEY! If you don’t believe us, just watch the video and you can hear it directly from a super hero!

Thanks for visiting our website…and best to all of the brave warriors currently in the midst of their fight, those who have fought, those left behind to continue the fight for their angel warrior and the amazing co-warriors that fight beside their loved ones. We wish you all much love, peace and light!
